For Grades 9-12, Here's How the Dual Enrollment Form Process and Approvals Works:

Student completes the online form. (Student has already completed and submitted an application for admission.) Form is automatically forwarded to the parent email entered on the form. After Parent approval, the form is automatically forwarded to the School Approver at the high school (based on the high school selected or entered on the form.) After the School Approval is entered, the form is automatically forwarded to the Admissions & Records Office for processing. The Parent and the School Approver will receive an email notification and a copy of the submitted form.
The form can be easily completed and submitted from desktop or tablet computers, and is easily completed with a smart phone as well.
If you have a problem with a submitted Dual Enrollment form, contact admssions@santarosa.edu.
You must include the student's name, high school, and their SRJC Student ID #.
